Make the Most of Customer Questions by Showing Them HOW and Build Lasting Relationships

There are so many questions your customers may have and a big category you may not be addressing is the HOW: “How is it made? How is it done? How can I fix this?” So many companies don’t show the how because they’re afraid the customer will end up doing the thing themselves, but we’ll discuss why this couldn’t be further from the truth.

When showing someone HOW to do something, by being open and transparent, you’re building trust with them. You have nothing to hide. And they’ll realize – they can count on you when providing that service and you know what you’re doing. You’re more likely to be retained for your services because you’ll be viewed as someone who can be trusted to do the job the right way the first time.
